How to read this
The number in the middle is the cost of the calls you didn't answer, at your close rate and your job value. It isn't a prediction. It's arithmetic on figures you supplied, which is why it's worth believing.
The recovery figure assumes a text goes out from your number within seconds of a missed call, and that some share of callers reply instead of dialing the next company. You chose that share. If you think it's lower, drag it down. The point of the tool is that you get to be the skeptic.
One thing the calculator can't count: the customer who does reach you but hires someone else because they called back first. Speed matters on answered calls too. That's what the rest of the system is for.
