What we build on the second step
The onboarding form takes about ten minutes. From it we build your website and connect your chat widget, set up or port your business phone line and turn on missed-call text-back, import your contacts and stand up your pipeline, connect your calendars for online booking, write your review-request sequence, and load the follow-up automations that fit your trade. Every one of the systems is live before the launch call, not left as homework.

What do I actually have to do?
Show up to two short calls and fill in one onboarding form with your business details, services, and hours. We do the rest, from building the site to importing your contacts and switching on every system.
Do I need to learn the software?
No. On the launch call we show you the two or three things you will touch day to day, usually your inbox and your calendar. Everything else runs in the background. If you want to go deeper, the help center is there, but nobody needs it to get value.
How long does the build take?
It depends on how quickly we get your onboarding details back and whether we are also porting a phone number. We give you a date on the discovery call and hold to it rather than quoting a number here that we cannot promise every client.
What if I already have a website?
We will look at it on the discovery call. Sometimes we rebuild it, sometimes we connect the systems to what you have. Either way, the missed-call text-back, review requests, and follow-up run regardless of which site is live.
What does it cost?
$297 per month, billed monthly, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. Multi-location and managed SEO work is quoted separately.
What happens after launch?
Your systems run. You get a real person to call when you need one, and we keep improving what is built as the platform improves. If you ever want to leave, your data is yours and you can export it.
